Volunteering
Sunday Gatherings Volunteers
Would you like to be part of a team that welcomes people at our Sunday gatherings once a month? Or part of our communion set up team? If you’re keen, contact Warren.
We are currently looking for volunteers to help with setting up and packing away the chairs in our Lyttelton St site Gym before and after our Sunday morning gathering. If you can help, contact Matt.
If you’d like to be involved with our Sunday gatherings in any other way, contact Sam. We are especially looking for stage managers and computer operators, full training provided.
Fancy Footwork?
Our Foot Clinic caters for seniors who are in need of help with their toenails. They’re treated to a relaxing foot spa and a cuppa before having their toenails trimmed and a luxurious foot massage to finish with. We are looking for someone to help with filling and emptying the foot spas at our Lyttelton St site Foot Clinic, held every third Monday morning from 9.15am-12pm. Van Drivers
Tuesday Christian Fellowship have a roster of volunteer van drivers - this would involve a fortnightly or monthly commitment. If you would like to get involved, contact Andy.
SYC Youth Leaders
Our SYC crew are always on the lookout for more volunteer youth leaders to journey alongside our rangatahi. To find out more about this contact Sandy.
Photographers/Videographers
Are you confident behind the camera? Do you enjoy capturing snaps, or creating videos? We are currently looking for volunteers to join a team of photographers and videographers to capture moments at events, on a Sunday, and for behind-the-scenes projects. If you are interested, contact Hayley.
Employment
Community Hui Event Coordinator
Are you a fabulous facilitator with flair? We are seeking someone for a Community Hui Event Coordinator role, with a focus on coordination, catering, comms and cost management!
