I’ve been part of this church community for nearly 40 years, and its passion and commitment to Jesus and his kingdom, both here in South West Christchurch and in many places abroad, continues to inspire me and to shape my life. I love the heart for the poor and marginalised, the local and global engagement with real issues of justice, the seeking of God in worship and teaching and through the Spirit, and the passion to do life together in community and be good neighbours.
