South West Communities are where people become friends, welcome strangers, and bring transformation to the people and places around them. They are relational communities where people can belong, grow and participate in God’s mission to this world.

Serve

Serving is in our DNA. Formally and informally, big and small, behind the scenes and up front – it’s a part of life following Jesus.
Whether it’s helping on a roster on a Sunday, supporting a community or ministry, or serving in a leadership role, serving is a great way to make a difference, get to know people, and grow as a person by using your gifts.

Gather

When we gather it is a special time to be together as the wider Church body.
We gather to hear the gospel being preached, to join voices together in worship, to hear stories of God at work and enjoy seeing each other again.
We hope our gatherings glorify God and unite, inspire, and resource us collectively as a Church on a journey. Everyone is welcome – in fact it’s not the same without you!

Global

South West is committed to spreading the Good News of Jesus to the ends of the earth.
As we have partnered with God in mission, we have come to understand that our part is to have a focus on certain people and places amongst the global poor and unreached.
Every follower of Jesus is called to participate. Pray | Give | Go is how we respond as a church.

Grateful and generous giving and receiving is part of a life following Jesus.
As we participate in a Kingdom economy, we recognise the church as a primary agent of God’s transforming work in the world. Giving is more than a practical act – it is an expression of worship and a participation in God’s mission.
Membership
